TEAM DREAM follows a group of young Black women — led by NCAA champion Haley Eckerman — who came together in 2018 to form the first all-Black women’s volleyball team to win a national title at the USA Volleyball Open Nationals. In a sport where diversity is scarce and expectations low, they shattered stereotypes, turned heads and made history — proving that for Black women, the court isn’t just a place to play, it’s a stage to rewrite the rules.
