DUE DATE IN HAND: JULY 31st
Simple DCP will collect, create (if necessary), test, and ship all DCPs to the exhibition venue in an organized and efficient fashion.
Use the following print submission link to notify Simple DCP as to whether you need them to create a DCP for you OR you are simply sending them a pre-existing 3rd party DCP via this link

MVAAFF will NOT return your items and will charge a fee that starts at $1000.00, if you do not procure your own returns, your items will be discarded after your activation. For your convenience:
ITEMS CANNOT BE RECEIVED AT MV PAC EARLIER THAN JULY 31st
ITEMS CANNOT BE HELD AT MV PAC PAST AUGUST 13th
MVAAFF will NOT return sponsors items nor disasemble activations and if requested or neccessary, will charge a $2,500.00 adminstrative fee per occurence. Any additional expenses, postage, etc. will be paid by sponsor. Sponsor items that are not immediately claimed will be discarded at MVAAFF’s discretion.
If requested to moderate, MVAAFF will require a $5000.00 moderation fee.
